How to use Norton online chat

To help you solve a problem, Norton 360 may connect you with a Symantec support representative in an online chat session.

Support representatives are fully trained on Norton 360 and have access to the latest technical information to help you solve any problems that you experience when you run the program.

To use Live Chat

1. At the bottom of the support window, click Contact Us.
2. In the Support window, confirm your name, email, and phone information.
3. In the Help us identify your issue list, select the issue for which you require assistance.
4. Click Continue.
5. In the Support window, click Chat Now.
6. If you have not installed the Symantec Live Chat update, read the License Agreement, and then click Download. You may also choose to proceed directly to chat by clicking Click here to skip the Live Chat update and proceed directly to chat.
7. After you finish, close the window.
