How to retrieve Identity Safe data

When your product expires, you can export your logins, cards details, and other credentials.

To retrieve Identity Safe data

1. On the Windows taskbar, click Start > Run.
2. In the Run dialog box, type the path to the folder in which Norton 360 is installed.
For example: ”Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\coShared\CIM\2.5”.
3. Click COExport.exe.
4. Press Enter.
5. In the Export dialog box, type your Identity Safe password. The password is case-sensitive.
6. Browse to the folder into which you want your data to be saved, and then click OK.
7. In the confirmation dialog box, click OK.
